What We Do

The Franklin Baptist Association seeks to assist and connect Franklin Baptist Churches together in their mission to reach Franklin County, Kentucky,  and the World for Christ.

We do this through the following objectives:

Church Health

The FBA seeks to strengthen churches in our association by providing training, encouragement, resources, and coaching for pastors and church leaders.   Healthy pastors make healthy churches.

Church Planting & Church Revitalization

Some local churches need some encouragement and coaching to help them grow stronger spiritually and numerically. The FBA is ready to assist these churches.

Healthy things Grow and often reproduce. The same is true for churches. The FBA also holds to the belief that churches are responsible for planting other churches.  However,  churches sometimes need help in this process.  The FBA seeks to encourage, assist, and equip churches to begin planting churches.

Missions & Ministry Support

One main focus of FBA is Intentional Community Ministries.  We exist to support our affiliated churches as they make an impact in our community. We don't just do things FOR our community; we do things WITH our community.  We help our churches identify and meet needs locally, statewide, and abroad.
